Letters may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, since they are sent first to the mission home, then hand delivered when someone ventures out into Andrew's area.
So .... if you want to send him birthday wishes by April 17th, be sure to send them soon! See the "Mail Central" tab above for mailing information.
